My pet dog was brought to this vet on Wednesday 28/4/2021 after being attacked by 3 pit-bulls. He was brought to Park Veterinary Hospital and we were told that he would be treated and taken care of because he was badly wounded around his neck and face. You people sent a message on Thursday the 29/4/2021 informing us about the price, and whether to proceed with the fixation of my pet, meaning that he was probably only put under anesthetic and left untreated the entire evening! We were called yesterday morning on the 30/4/2021 and informed that he had passed on in the early hours of the morning. My poor animal who was full of love and life passed on all alone and because of your negligence, incompetency and carelessness to start treating him immediately. I find it extremely hard to swallow the fact that you people did not treat him immediately and put plans in place for him to make a recovery, when you probably thought that it would be too expensive for us to afford, or you just simply did not care enough to save a life. This will not be taken lightly as I firmly believe that he could have been saved had he been treated immediately. You people charged us to stitch him, when you actually did a very sh*t job at it any way. He died all alone and I hold you people completely responsible for his passing. I expect your immediate response to this matter.
