WORST VET
Worst vet practice I have come across. My dog was rushed there on a Sunday afternoon screaming in pain, was given pain meds. Went back 3 times after that as he was not getting better, did x-rays but nothing. Finally was diagnosed as a DRAMA QUEEN!! Took him to another vet and upon doing x-rays (same as Witfield vet), they found that his stomach was full of gas and was treated for an upset tummy. The new vet also noticed on the x-rays that something seemed off about his neck and told me that if he doesn’t get better that he’ll be referred to a specialist. A few days later he had major spinal surgery. So much for being a DRAMA QUEEN!!! Oh and sent Dr Conradie an email requesting all the invoices, still no response 7 months later. Have been handed over for an outstanding amount which by the way is not even a drop in the ocean compared to how much I spent at Witfield just for them to diagnose my dog as a DRAMA QUEEN! Would not recommend this vet to anyone ever!!

Terrible service. My puppy ingested rat poison and called them bcuz animal anti cruelty and spca had no veterinarian to assist. They refused my service because I am unemployed. I found out today all he needed was a vitamin K injection for R50 which I could afford. Instead my precious baby died a devastating painful death

Bladderstones operation
I’m extremely disappointed and heartbroken with the care my dog received at this clinic. I took my dog in for a bladder stone operation, and instead of a smooth recovery, I now face the terrifying reality that his life is in danger. The post-operative care was alarmingly inadequate. Despite my repeated concerns, the vet failed to monitor him properly and didn’t perform the necessary follow‐up tests to ensure his stability. I feel that critical warning signs were ignored, leaving my pet at risk. I trusted this practice with my dog’s health, and now I’m left with an anxious, suffering pet and no clear explanation from the clinic. I urge all pet owners to reconsider before entrusting their beloved family member’s care to this clinic. 2nd opinion opened him up again today and his organs is in a crutical state of the infection of the bladder that is leaking into his abdomen. I hope and pray he will get better after we payed R6800 for this operation at Witfield animal hosp and now we sit with a bigger account and we don't know if Bollies will make it
