Staff very rude and don't follow instructions
Would not recommend. Everytime I take my dog there they do something wrong and dont follow instructions. Last week I requested that they groom my dog nothing drastic just to shape her face and give her a YORKIE summer cut (I gave very specific instructions and even wrote it down) and they shaved all her fur off!!! When I called to complain they were very arrogant and unhelpful. Save yourself your time and money and take your pets elsewhere.

Worst dog parlour and arrogant Vets
Booked our 2 Irish terriers at the dog parlour to be shaved on the 15 February 2024. It took them about 3 and a half hours, the dogs was not bathed and the kennels smelled of urine. The dogs were shaved right down to the skin and was shoved in a kennel and was in a terrible state when we collect them. Three days later the female Irish terrier came out in a terrible rash and had hot spots all over her skin. We took her to the Estcourt Vets that is the same group or dr’s. The dr gave her antibiotics injection and cortisone for 4 days. She is so traumatised by this entire experience that she is constantly urinating herself. The male Irish terrier started biting his tail and had a huge hit spot on the side of his face. Took him to the estcourt vets and Dr Turner attended to the dog. The dr wanted to take an unsterile scissors and cut at the hot spot on his face, my husband told him that the dog will bite him as his is distress. The dr didn’t even examen then dog. Husband left the vets service without our dog been treated. We had to pay for our dogs at the Vet that was caused by these terrible people. THIS IS THE WORST DOG PARLOUR THAT EXIST.

Fantastic group of highly experienced vets at Ladysmith Veterinary clinic. Efficient and friendly. I have taken many animals to both the Ladysmith and Estcourt veterinary outlets over the decades! They are owned and managed by the same group of vets. Always caring and professional . I cant rate them highly enough!
