We visited the clinic last Saturday as our vet was closed. We needed advice on our new puppies going onto puppy milk. The receptionist was cold and not helpful at all, she judged us when we mentioned they were pit bull puppies. She assumed we were breeders. Half heartedy she provided information. I do understand she was not the vet or vet sister, but she could have been more polite. People like that should not be working in this industry, clearly she does not care about animals or maybe certain type. Very disappointed!

I took my dog on Tuesday evening as she has a heart complaint and was really coughing and suffering and we dedided to have her put down. We consulted with Dr Zed who assessed her . He was ready to put her down and I saw him then looking at her and patting her and was very reluctant and eventually said that maybe we should just give her a bit of chance and see how she is the next day and then reassess as I could see he was a bit emotional and did not feel happy to put her down. Of course I was really happy and we took her home and she is doing much better. the next evening Dr Zed called to find out how she was. I just need to put n record what a wonderful and caring man Dr Zed is and his love for animals is so apparent and this is not just about money. He really cares and this is so very rare in my experience. Wow we need more like him. Also the receptionist was so helpful when I called he explained everything so nicely and was extremly helpful. I recommend this vet any day . He will save your animal if there is a chance Thank you Dr Zed I have told all my colleagues here in Toti and they are so knocked out they will certainly bring their animals through

Lack of care and compassion!!!!
The receptionist and nurse. Should be given a heart them selves or training on how to deal with customers and their very ill pets. Turning away a animal for R200 short, is so disgusting, Why are you people in the service of animals.... Vets, Dr's, nurses clearly do not have a calling these days as it is all about money, disgusting excuse for humans!!!

I've been going to this Vet from the days they were in Sparks Road. What a beautiful, animal loving family of vets they are. I've only ever received kindness, love and concern for all my pets I've taken there. My cat Charlie was impaled on a steel spike and her whole stomach was ripped open. She was treated as an in patient for about 2 weeks and thereafter sent home and we had to treat the huge open wound as it could not be sewn closed. This wound healed completely and Charlie is a healthy cat. The care at the vet and after hours follow ups are so amazing. Thank you for the excellent service you provide.

Hi. Great experience! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They treated my dog with kindness and love, and brought out a bowl of water for her. Very reasonably priced.

Very very bad service, they don't even deserve half a star , these people lie about the pets prognosis, even when they know it's not good just to make money , definitely shouldn't take any animal here , highly not recommended

I have never experienced such a disgustingly rude receptionist. I phoned in yesterday to ask for help to send paper work. I phoned in the morning and was told it would be sent to me by the afternoon which was great. I hadn’t received anything so I called in this morning to check if they could send it to me as it is urgent like I explained to the receptionist yesterday and was told we are too busy to help out. She spoke over me, shouting and not listening to what I had to say and hung up the phone when she decided that the phone call was enough for her. I have all my call logs and every time I have tried to phone in before this incident she cancels the call. What is the point of a receptionist if she is going to cancel every in coming call? I have never experienced such a rude and unprofessional front of house before. And this is where we can our animals for care? I am so disappointed that you get met with such a cold response when this should be a happy place. I tried to call back to get a name but again my calls are cancelled before it gets answered.
