Very rude
Refused to help a pensioner to put down his dog that fights the whole time. I also phoned to ask where they are situated and when I told the doctor my father couldn't find them, her words were "that's a lie". She couldn't even put down properly after I said goodbye.

this white lady was very rude..reluctant to help a poor little picanese. she doesnt give you chance to speak and voice tone was abrupt, claiming the dog was supposed to be at the vet days ago , in a way that WE were careless, but doestn give change to propperly explain what the matter is...looks like im not the only one complaining!!
