Doctor & receptionist made our experience a joyful one indeed.We really do appreciate and will definitely be recommending you to our friends & family.You said she is critical well its been 4days after we've been to you and since the injection she couldnt be any better , she is back to her old self she is even fighting for her food lol thank u so much you have no idea what it means to us she is not our dog she is our pride , protector , guard & most importantly our family. THANK YOU PLUMSTEAD ANIMAL HOSPITAL .

Wish I could give you a zero rating. We brought our dog into this place for help, advise we suspected dog ate something or was poisoned. No examination done, no tests done. Took his temperature and gave an injection. Just dispensed meds R1300 later. A few days later our dog died. A healthy two year old Rottweiller gone!

Similar thing happened to us. All the vet did was tell us to monitor him without running any tests or even taking his temperature. Took him to another vet today who actually complained about this place and said that was very unprofessional. My cat had a temperature of 39 degrees and ended up getting worse due to a parasite. Would never come back.

Receptionist needs to go
The receptionist was an absolute no for me. Came in to ask some advice and get some information as I had a distressed cat waiting for me. Needed some information on some products but she immediately gave me attitude. Not helpful at all. She is rude, not helpful at all, could care less attitude. Definitely not coming back. Would rather drive further/ pay more somewhere else to get the products that I needed. -10 rating to be honest
